Domestically, Simba has been in the shadows of Yanga.

Yanga have dominated the Tanzanian Premier League.

Simba SC have also announced former Orlando Pirates coach Fadlu Davids as their new coach on Friday evening.

“The new head coach of Simba SC, Fadlu Davids.”

Davids stepped down from his assistant coach position at Raja Casablanca this past midweek.

He previously served under head coach Josef Zinnbauer, who also recently departed the Moroccan club.
