Evans Kangwa starred for his Turkish club Gaziantepspor when he scored a brace and provided an assist to help his team to a 3 – 2 win over Bursapor.
Kangwa was making only his second start since moving to the Turkish side and he made the most of his chance as he put in an assured performance and could have scored a hattrick.
He set Gaziantepspor going in the 31st minute when he whipped in a hard cross from the right which N Ghilas perfectly met with an overhead kick to give the home team the lead.
Bursapor pulled one back in the 40th minute.
On the stroke of half time, Kangwa was again involved when he rose high to meet the first ball from a corner with the second effort coming off the hand of a defender for the referee to point to the spot.
Ghilas stepped up to take the resultant penalty but he failed to convert it.
After the restart the 23 year old Zambian striker continued to threaten going forward and he made no mistake in the 60th minute when he powered home a header which the failed to stop despite getting to the ball.

He completed his brace in the 79th minute.
He has now scored 3 goals in 5 games.
I still maintain that when he will realise his full potential Africa will witness another Benni Mc Carthy. However, this time around it will be of Zambian nationality.
