Zambia Women’s national captain Barbra Banda on Friday morning opened her 2021 China Taiping CFA Women’s Super League in Shanghai Shengli’s 4-0 win over Sichuan.
Banda scored the third goal to help the 2020 third-place finishers record an emphatic 4-0 win to move joint top on 13 points tied with defending Champions, Wuhan Jiangda.

The Copper Queens’ star forward finished the 2020 campaign as the top goalscorer with 18 goals including 3 hat-tricks helping her team to a third-place finish.
Banda recently made history as she netted two hat-tricks at the delayed 2020 Tokyo Olympics, The first-ever player to do so.
