The Zambia U17 national team were on Friday beaten 5 – 4 by Angola on post match penaties to miss out on a chance to play in the final of the AUSC Zone five games.
The two teams were level at 1 – 1 at the end of 90 minutes but the hosts dug deep to pull a surprise win.
Zambia topped he group at the end of the round robin stage and were pitted against Angola who were bottom with only a point to their name.
The defending champions will now play Swaziland in a third place final.
Swaziland also lost 5 – 4 on penalties to Zimbabwe who secured a place in the final.

He is a true son of Mother Zambia who has put our flag on the world map. Hurt him or not he has done a lot for this country.
