Green Buffaloes have confirmed the acquisition of midfielder Andrew Mupande ahead of the 2023/2024 Super League season.
The Zambia army sponsored outfit announced in a statement on their official Facebook Page that Mupande will join the club on a permanent deal.
“Green Buffaloes Football Club would like to Officially announce to the Public that Andrew Mupande is Green Buffaloes. Mupande will join Green Buffaloes on a permanent deal from Nkwazi Football Club when his contract expires.
The versatile Midfielder will officially link up with the team at the beginning of the 2023/2024 season. Green Buffaloes welcomes Mupande and wishes him all the best as he dons the Green badge with pride.”
Mupande, a defensive midfielder has been one of the stand-out players for Nkwazi since last season despite the team not having a good campaign.
Buffaloes are in the race for second place which automatically qualifies a team to the CAF Confederation Cup.
