ZamFoot Sources at the Wolfson Stadium on the day of the alleged sexual assault incident involving Chipolopolo coach Micho raise doubts.
“The alleged incident happened at the Stadium with people around and no commotion was reported, seeing or heard.
“Even you if you touch a girl, lady or woman inappropriately she will either slap you or scream and shout at you as first instinct so how is it nobody heard that in a place where there were people present? The source said.
“When you look at some reports, they say a 39-year-old, and Micho is 51,” the source said.
Is it a case of character assassination? Was it a planned well set up plan targeted at Micho,” The source wondered.
The ZamFoot Crew understands that the allegations against Micho could be all a planned set up as the story does not add up and has a lot of inconsistencies.
“The whole thing could not have played out silently and then who are witnesses since those in the stadium at the time did not see a thing. Or May be the whole thing happened very fast?”
The statement released by the police and the earlier statement have loopholes with a ZamFoot Crew source saying the whole ordeal looks like a well planned move to character assassinate Micho.
FAZ yesterday issued a statement on the matter saying it would update the nation once the Chipolopolo gaffer and his legal team brief Football House while respecting the due court process in South Africa.
Micho was bailed out after appearing in court over sexual assault allegations in an incident that occurred at the Wolfson Stadium during the under-20 cosafa tourney
I beg to differ on this one. This is not the first time Coach Micho has been accused of serial impropriety against women in South Africa. When he abruptly left Orlando Pirates for Zamalek,he was accused if having forced himself on a hotel cleaner. A quick search on the internet will bring that case up. Infact the case is still open with the SAPS. I trust the guy with his work ethic but he needs to come clean and clear those allegations before they begin affecting his performance and in turn our national team performance.
