Midfielder Saddam Yusuf Phiri gave the Airmen a lead two minutes after the break after goalkeeper Tobias Kigonya failed to play from the back.
Substitute James Chamanga wrapped up the victory with a cool finish.
Arrows are now top with 8 points from a possible 12 thanks to a superior aggregate over Zanaco.

Nkwazi are third on the log and a point behind Arrows and Zanaco.
