Power Dynamos striker Emmanuel Osoro has been named in Kenya’s squad for next month’s FIFA World Cup Qualifier.
Harambee Stars coach Benni McCarthy unveiled his 23 man squad in Nairobi on Wednesday.
The South African born coach has left out Moses Shumah from the squad.
Shumah also recently signed for Power Dynamos.
Osoro and Shumah scored a combined 33 goals last season in the Kenyan Super League.
The two forwards were unused substitutes over the weekend as the Kitwe giants beat Green Buffaloes in the league.
Osward Mutapa opted for the partnership of Brian Masanyinga and Ankobo upfront.
Kenya will host The Gambia on Friday, September 5, 2025, before taking on Seychelles on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Both matches will kick off at 4:00 pm at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani.
