What a pounding! Zambian clubs need to jack up their standards by employing foreign coaches Like What North African and South african clubs do. It would do us good to look and recruit West African coaches whom I feel are better than our so called local coaches. Are our local coaches qualified enough tombe coaching in the elite league. I have in mind Mumba Numamba.
