Green Buffaloes Women’s Football Club have confirmed the departure of promising youngster Namute Chileshe Bwalya, who has sealed a move to Chinese side Wuhan Jiangda WFC on a two-year deal .
The Zambia U-20 international successfully completed her transfer after both clubs finalized all contractual terms, marking a major step in her rapidly rising career
Bwalya expressed delight after putting pen to paper, describing the move as a lifelong ambition fulfilled:
“I’m very happy to join the Wuhan family here in China. I’m very excited — it’s a dream come true for me.”
She added that she is determined to repay the faith shown in her by the club:
“I will work hard on the pitch to contribute positively to the success of the team, and I won’t disappoint the trust the club has shown in me.”
