Copper Queens boss Bruce Mwape has announced his provisional squad for the two international friendly matches against South Korea.
Mwape has handed a number of youngsters maiden call ups to the Copper Queens squad.
Sensational Zanaco goalkeeper Christabel Njuka, defender Martha Katila Banda, Luty Kamanga, former U-17 National Team midfielder Tisilile Lungu and striker Sarah Jere have all been handed call ups as earlier reported by the ZamFoot Crew.
Newly naturalized attacking midfielder Inonge Kaloustian has also been handed her first call up.
The team will however be without defender Lushomo Mweemba who is nursing an ankle injury.
Defender Delicious Hamwiinga and WAFCON bronze medalist Avell Chitundu have returned to the squad.
The Copper Queens will be away to South Korea on 7 and 11 April as part of intensified groundworks for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in July where they are in Group C alongside Spain, Costa Rica and Japan.
