On Saturday, August 15, 2015, the FAZ Lusaka Women’s League entered Week 14 with mouthwatering encounters around the capital city.
Red Arrows Women Football Club had a home date at Lusaka’s Nkoloma Stadium against Chibolya Queens as they were known back then before they were adopted by the Zambia Police Service (ZPS) and later became known as Nkwazi Queens a name they are using up to date.
The Airwomen proved too strong and were very powerful and whitewashed Chibolya Girls 8-nil in a game they dominated play throughout the match.
The hero of the day was now Kazakhstan based Zambia Women’s National team vice-captain Misozi Zulu who scored 4 goals by herself and produced a player of the match performance.
Former Zambia Under-17 midfielder Mary Mulai Wilombe and Winger Oslo Kaleo scored a brace each to make sure the Air Women silenced the stubborn Chibolya Girls 8-0 at the fortress Nkoloma Stadium and collected maximum 3 points.
On the same day, there was a 6-goal thriller encounter at Arakan Barracks in another Battle of Women in Uniform sponsored sides as Green Buffaloes Women Football Club edged Green Eagles Women Football Club 4-2 in another Week 14 fixture in the 2015 FAZ Lusaka Women’s League.
