The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has refuted reports claiming that Copper Queens Head Coach Nora Hauptle has parted ways with the team.
FAZ clarified that Hauptle remains in charge and that the team is currently focused on preparations for the upcoming FIFA series in Brazil.
The reports had alleged that Hauptle was no longer coach following a fallout with her employers.
In a statement to ZNBC News, the Association’s Communications Department emphasized that any developmental issues with the team or changes to the technical bench will be formally communicated to the public.
FAZ has since condemned the spread of false information, urging people to verify facts before posting on social media to avoid misleading the masses.

I wrote here that I see women’s football going down with this new FAZ administration , and I don’t know what some of the guys in the former kalusha bwalya executive are doing in the new administratation. They were kicked out and you recall them back. Mwewmba needs to take charge and not to be ill advise by these hunger stricken former administrators whose interest is their stomach.
