Elite Ladies captain optimistic of a positive result against ZESCO Ndola Girls

Lusaka Dynamos Ladies FC captain Martha Nguni says the Elite Ladies are taking each game in the inaugural FAZ Women National League  seriously

Ng’uni is optimistic they will bounce back to winning ways when they face ZESCO Ndola Girls this morning in a tricky week 11 encounter slated for NASDEC Sports Complex in Lusaka.

Speaking in an interview with the ZamFoot Crew, Ng’uni who has been fantastic for the Elite Ladies this season said they will fight for a victory in today’s game.

“We are taking every game seriously, despite suffering our first loss on Sunday against YASA that’s water under the bridge and we already buried that result and shifted our focus to the ZESCO  game,” she said.

“ZESCO is not a small team so we expect a tough challenge but we will fight for a victory we shall make sure we utilize on our home ground advantage and correct maximum points, our fans should expect a positive result after 90 minutes.”

Lusaka Dynamos and ZESCO Ndola Girls are at par on 15 points and only separated on goal difference going into tomorrow’s game and a winner in this tie will have an opportunity of going at the top of the log standings depending on the results in other games that will be played tomorrow.

The game will kick off at 10:00hrs.
