Orlando Pride foward Barbra Banda gave Zambia a lead in the 64th minute but her goal was cancelled out by Gaonyadiwe Ontlametse 12 minutes later.
Nora Hauptle’s side will face Banyana Banyana on Tuesday in the final match.
The three countries are preparing for the Women’s African Cup of Nations in Morocco.
