Angel Lubamba starts life at Nchanga Rangers with a bang

Former City of Lusaka striker Angel Lubamba has started life at Chingola’s Brave Nchanga Rangers with a bang netting three goals in four appearances and having an assist to his name.

Lubamba who joined Nchanga Rangers during the mid season transfer window has been instrumental in the teams recent performance.

Rangers even managed to break into the top four and Lubamba will be looking to help the team return to it’s glory days with qualification to the MTN Super League.

The prolific striker who spoke to the Zamfoot Crew was quick to thank his teammates at Nchanga Rangers for a heartwarming welcome and also the teams leadership.

“They are keeping me well here and I’m enjoying myself here in Chingola,” Lubamba said.

Prior to joining Rangers, the right footed striker had three goals for City ya Moto. When asked on his target for the season,he boldly responded: I want to score bove 10 goals. The will be exciting.”

Nchanga Rangers came from two goals down to beat NAPSA Stars 3-2 at Woodlands Stadium on Saturday causing one of the biggest upsets in the Eden University National Division One.

The win means Brave moved up to fourth on the table with 43 points, six adrift of log leaders MUZA.
