We have to fight until the last whistle-Chiluya

Zambia U23 national team left-back Prosper Chiluya says the team will need to fight to the last whistle this evening when they take on Nigeria in their second game of the ongoing U23 AFCON tournament in Egypt.

The Kabwe Warriors left-back is anticipating a tough match against the defending Champions.

“We also need to win but football is played on the field it will be a tough match. We just have to take it with a serious attitude and fight until the last whistle,” he said.

Chiluya believes the fact that Nigeria lost their opening match will make today’s encounter even tougher.

“Nigeria losing the first game makes it a very tough match tomorrow because they will be hungry enough to come with full force to make sure they win but we are conscious of that,” Chiluya said.

Zambia and Nigeria will lock horns this evening in a crunch Group B encounter at the Al Salam Stadium in Cairo.
