Take Namibia game to Nkoloma; One friendly match in calender year….#BringBackGreatKalu is trending
Mozambique completed a double over Zambia in the Cameroon 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifiers with a 1-0 win.
The defeat in Maputo means that Zambia has failed to qualify to the second consecutive African Cup of Nations finals.
Here, the ZamFoot Crew takes a look at fans reaction on social media.
“There is no way we can have one friendly match the whole year. How can a coach know players,” one fan wrote with reference to the Gabon friendly match.
Another fan wrote…
DID YOU KNOW???
Mozambique has 7 points, 6 of those are from Zambia!
Another suggested “Namibia game should be free of charge.”
The fan went further to propose that ‘not heroes but maybe nkoloma.’
So next year’s dead rubber match against Namibia should be played at Nkoloma Stadium and not Heroes or Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
Having being part of the Chipolopolo bench since AFCON 2012, former defender Kampamba Chintu has not spared. The Power Dynamos assistant coach has worked with George Lwandamina, Honour Janza and Wedson Nyirenda as a physical trainer
“True Chintu also needs to be given ultimatum to prove that he shud keep his place on tech bench,” a fan observed
Dr Chomba Chama wrote “Eliminated with a game to spare!!!
And Nicholas Chola asked Have we ever qualified to the AFCON under the Administration of ‘Cool’ Andrew Kamanga?
And what about this for a summary from Sydney Monze
Princess Kasune summarized it in parliament…
There are many reasons that get us losing such seemingly easy games to win. One of them is the chartering of planes lately for non soccer fans, but cadres. What’s the motive?
Having a technical bench with the likes of Chintu Kampamba, who personally have no super achievement to show apart from being ‘humble’ to the officials.
An inexperienced physical trainer to manage the national team supported by incompetent staff..
Now you are rooting for a referee to be your Technical Director..
Zambia, who cursed us kanshi?
