Ochumba Oseke Lubanji, Mary Mulenga and Mary Wilombe have been drafted into the starting line up.
Esther Siamfuko, Ireen Lungu and Evarine Susan Katongo have dropped to the bench to make way for the trio.
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Cho So-Hyun and Brighton and Hove Albion forward Lee Geummin scored a brace each to guide South Korea to a 5-2 win.
Skipper Barbra Banda will lead the attack alongside Spanish based trio of Rachel Nachula, Grace Chanda and Rachel Kundananji.
Ochumba and Wilombe will partner in midfield with Mary Mulenga starting at right back, Martha Tembo at left back while Agness Musesa and Pauline Zulu once again partner at the heart of defence.
The match will kick off at 12:00 hrs at the Yongin Mireu Stadium.
South Korea, ranked 17th in the World, is in Group H alongside Morocco, Colombia, and Germany. The two matches against Zambia have provided them an opportunity to face African opposition as part of preparations for the FIFA World Cup.
Zambia are in Group C alongside Spain, Japan and Costa Rica.The World Cup will kick off on July 20 in Australia/New Zealand.
