Chipolopolo assistant coach Moses Sichone’s contract has run out.
Sichone has not been given an indication as to whether his contract will be renewed or not. He has only been given a run around without a clear position from FAZ.
The Germany trained mentor has only learned about recent national team selections for the COSAFA Senior Challenge through social media.
The former Chipolopolo defender may have fallen out after being critical on his allowances particularly that he compared how the association has remunerated expatriate coaches after winning the COSAFA which was not the case with him, according to insiders.
Meanwhile, Kabwe Warriors coach Mumamba Numba has fallen ill and will not make the trip to South Africa for the COSAFA.
FAZ will replace Numba with Mwenya Chipepo who will deputize Chisi Mbewe.
