Ratings : Power dynamos v Nkwazi

Power Dynamos edged Nkwazi 1-0 at Arthur Davies Stadium thanks to a Tiki Chiluba first half goal.

The ZamFoot Crew now rates the players from both sides.


  1. Lawrence Mulenga (4/10)
    Didn’t have much to do in the first half but when called upon he was alert. His handling in terms of set pieces was not the best and could have cost his term on some occasions .
  2. Aaron Katebe (6/10)

Was composed and commanded the game at the back .

  1. Rapheal Mara Makubuli (7/10)
    His progressive passing was amazing to watch and his drives to space was good to watch. Most impressive player on the pitch for Power Dynamos .
  2. Faustin Bakodila (8/10)
    Assisted the goal as he delivered a beautiful set piece for Tiki Chiluba’s goal .
    Instrumental in set pieces and was the man of the match .
  3. Paul Banda (5/10)
    Was solid defensively but had little to contribute going forward .
  4. Luka Chamanga (6/10)
    Solid in terms of pressings ,had a number of attempts on goal and was solid defensively
  5. Junior Makwaza (6/10)
    Was impressive on the day and honestly he has improved this season ,kept his passing basic and simple ,rarely lost the ball and made drives to space when he had to .
    8.Joshua Mutale (6/10)
    Not as creative as you expect him to be in that role but his energy was good to watch in the midfield.Created a beautiful chance for Kennedy Musonda early in the second half by Kennedy fails to finish in a 1v1 with the Nkwazi GK .
  6. Kennedy Musonda (4/10)
    Not as lively as you want him to be and he missed a sitter
  7. Brian Mwila (3/10)
    His movement was poor and he needs more time to settle down .
    Tika Chiluba (5/10)
    Was impressive and scored a beautiful header which was the only goal that separated the two teams .
    Was sacrificed for a defensive in the second half as he was subbed for George Chisala .

Wasnt long enough on the pitch to be rated .

Mukuka Mulenga ( )
Wasn’t long enough on the pitch to be rated .

Reagan Mutonga (5/10)
This one looks like a future star as he has the pace and ability to be one of the best .He brought alot of energy in the game and had good link up play with Joshua Mutale .

George Chisala (5/10)
Brought stability in the midfield .Kept his passing simply and disrupted Nkwazi’s play on multiple occasions in the second half .


  1. Charles Muntanga (Gk)(4/10)
    Conceded the set piece because he failed to command his defense .Looked composed for most parts of the game .
  2. Mwaba Crawford (3/10)
    Failed to stay composed when he found himself in crossing areas .
  3. Mwansa Pride(3/10)
    Committed alot of unnecessary fouls and did not contribute going forward .
  4. Sydney Phiri (3/10)
    Looked composed for most parts of the game and his passing was simply and nice .Could have done better when defending set pieces .
  5. Besa Henry(4/10)
    Composed on the ball and did well in terms of his marking .
  6. Nelson Mwila (3/10)
    No verticality in his passing . Had no grip of the game and that cost his team .
  7. Andrew Mupande (3/10)
    He was always on the negative side of the game for his side .
  8. Jeff Banda (2/10)
    The captain had a poor game today .Well known for his trickery and wonderful movement .Jeff Banda did not contribute much in today’s game .
  9. Mutama Stephen (3/10)
    Good hold up play and nice passes .Was lonely for most of the game as no one came to pick up the ball or create chances for him .
  10. Zulu Christopher (3/10)
    Failed to have a grip on the game and was always on the negative side of the game for his side .
  11. Rodrick Zimba (3/10)
    Was not lively .
