Poor organisation cost us says Congo Brazaville coach

Congo Brazaville coach Isaac Ngata has blamed poor organisation for his side’s 4-2 defeat to Zambia in a FIFAZ 2026 World Cup qualifier.

A brace from Patson Daka and a goal each from Fashion Sakala and Lameck Banda earned the Copper Bulets maximum points.

“Because of the fatigue, it affected the players. They slept around 06 am and had to eat around 11,” Ngata said in post match interview.

“They couldn’t play without eating. so it was one of the things that affected our performance.”

The Red Devils arrived in Ndola in the early hours of Friday at around 03:30.

They then reached their hotel at around 05:00

On his team’s performance Ngata said it was difficult for his players to adapt.

“It was difficult for the players to adapt to this situation. We are going to make sure we have a good organization for the next game,”
