PATRICK ‘BOMBER’ GONDWE IS SETTLING IN WELL IN SPAIN
Zambia Under-20 national team midfielder Patrick ‘Bomber’ Gondwe says he is settling in well in Spain.
The Young Nkana midfielder is on an 8 days trial at Spanish second-tier side C.D Numancia.
“Everything is going on well. I have been attending Spanish lessons as well,” Gondwe told the ZamFoot Crew in an interview.
The trials are a result of the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA) forging a partnership with the Spanish football league, LaLiga, for the just-ended 2019 COSAFA Under-20 Youth Championship.
Gondwe was a stand out performer scoring two goals and being involved in most of the Zambia attacks throughout the tournament.
