Numba happy with reception in DR Congo, Expecting a tough match
Zanaco Football Club head Coach Numba Mumamba says he is expecting a tough game when his side takes on DC Motema Pembe of DRC in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
The former Chipolopolo winger was also quick to applaud the reception accorded to his team by the host club.
“The Reception is good and our preparations are going on well, this is our first training session since we come here and we are preparing our team for the game, we expect a tough game because Motema Pembe is a good side we have to work hard for us to get a positive result,” he said.
Coach Numba told the ZAMFOOT Crew that he has a Strategy in place but the team needs to be cautious as much as possible so that the team gets a positive result.
“We have come here with a strategy I think we will try to be cautious but we won’t reveal our strategy to the media, we have a planned and we hope and hope it will work to our advantage so that we go with a positive result,” He explained.
“To the local Suppliers and Zambians who are here, we have come here for a Job so the supporters will not be disappointed. We will do our level best to get the desired result.”
This is a group C opening match for both sides and it will be taking place at the Omnisport Complex Stade martyrs in Kinshasa, DRC on Sunday the 1st December 2019.
