NAPSA Stars confirm Collins Sikombe transfer to Lusaka Dynamos

Zambia Super League side, NAPSA Stars have confirmed the departure of midfielder Collins Sikombe who has since joined Lusaka Dynamos as earlier reported by the ZamFoot Crew.

According to a press statement by NAPSA Stars media and public relations officer Gwen Mulundu Chipasula which was availed to the ZamFoot Crew, Sikombe put in a transfer request that was accepted by the club.

“NAPSA Stars Football Club wishes to confirm that the club has given a green light to midfielder Collins Sikombe to leave the club. In granting the will and request of transfer filed by the player, the club agrees to the transfer from the Pensioners to Lusaka Dynamos Football Club on a permanent deal.”

NAPSA Stars Technical Director, Honour Janza has expressed profound gratitude to the player for his contribution to the Pensioners.

“Apart from being our last season’s top scorer, Sikombe helped the team to reach where it is now including securing a place in the CAF Confederation Cup,” Janza said.

“In as much as we would have loved to still have the player around, his will always come first and we respect what he wants. We wish him all the best as he starts his new journey with Lusaka Dynamos,” he added.

This is will be the third stint for Sikombe at Lusaka Dynamos. He was a Lusaka Dynamos player in 2015 sold to Napsa Stars in 2016. He returned to Elite in 2018 on loan but his second stint was short-lived as he was withdrawn six months later by the Pensioners.
