Forest Rangers have confirmed their second acquisition of the January transfer window.
Midfielder Monday Bwalya becomes the second player to join the Ndola based outfit after the return of Ghanian striker Moro Amenu six months after leaving for Lumwana Radiants.
“After successful negotiations with his parent club MUZA FC, Forest Rangers is proud to announce the signing of Monday Bwalya formerly of Buildcon FC.”
Bwalya who spent the first half of the season at Buildcon FC has penned a two-year contract with Fole Malembe.
In his first interview with the club, the attacking midfielder expressed delight in joining the team and working with Coach Ian Bakala.
“I am happy to work with the coach, he is a very good coach and I have been looking for an opportunity to work with him and it’s finally here,” said Bwalya.
“It was like moving from my auntie’s house to my uncle’s house, because I am still in Ndola and I have worked with most of the players here before,” He added.
