Klings Kangwa nominated for the player of the week

Chipolopolo midfielder Klings Kangwa has been nominated for the Israeli Premier League player of the week for round 9. 

Kangwa scored his second goal of the season in Hapoel Be’er Sheva’s 3-1 win over SC Ashdod and was named player of the match.

Kangwa doubled the lead in the 61st minute after Matan Baltaxa had put the hosts in the lead 3 minutes into the second stanza. 

An own goal from Guy Mizrahi cut Hapoel Be’er Sheva’s lead into half but Alon Turgeman scored in additional time to seal the win. 

Kangwa has now been involved in six goals so far this season, 2 goals and four assists.
