Klings Kangwa launches football Academy
Zambia national team midfielder Klings kangwa who plays his trade for Arsenal Tula in Russia has launched an Academy ned King soccer academy in the kanyama compound where he started his footballing career.
The exciting new football academy is offering young, aspiring footballers top-quality training from some of the best coaches available in the area.
For those young players/fans or just a curious person looking for a fun new hobby or harboring real ambitions to become a professional footballer, King soccer Academy welcomes boys and girls between the ages of seven and 19.
The King Soccer Academy is expected to be the next step in the evolution of Zambia and forms part of the overall growth strategy providing the club and players with a pathway to go next level.
The academy will be running an elite program during the season for under 10’s to under 19’s. Players selected in the elite program will get to play at several recognized, worldwide tournaments throughout the year.
The Academy will also support ongoing skills-based football (soccer) programs for both Boys and girls. Boys and Girls of any level are welcome and encouraged to participate in skills acceleration programs that run throughout the year to further develop their love of the game and the skills required to reach an elite level, should they wish to.
It will also expand coaching education and improve the approach to player identification to ensure top players have the opportunity to participate in a high-level development environment.
