The Zambia National Team will this evening lock horns with the Likuena of Lesotho in their quest to book a place at the Africa Cup of Nations.
Coach Avram Grant will take charge of his Chipolopolo game since his appointment back in December, 2022.
The former Chelsea and Portsmouth boss will be looking to start his reign on a winning note as the Copper Bullets eye their first AFCON appearance since 2015.
The ZamFoot Crew now looks at the possible combinations Grant might unleash in the middle of the park.
Klings Kangwa is expected to start in the middle of the park with his versatility and brilliance needed to unlock the Likuena defence.
Kangwa scored a brilliant free kick late in the second half as Zambia came from a goal down to beat Comoros 2-1 on Match day 2.
After Enock Mwepu forced retirement due to health issues, Kangwa is expected to step up and take the creator in chief mantle in the midfield.
Kangwa is expected to be partnered by Clatous Chota Chama, the man who has enjoyed great form in the last few weeks.
The Simba SC ace scored a hat-trick over the weekend to guide the Tanzanian giants to a 7-0 mauling of Horoya AC and secure a CAF Champions League quarter final slot.
Chama was also named in the CAF Champions League team of week and was also nominated for the player of the week with his free kick ranked as the second best goal of the week.
Grant will now have to decide who will be the anchorman in that midfield with both Chama and Kangwa providing creativity.
Benson Sakala, Emmanuel Banda and Kelvin Kapumbu will battle for the third midfield slot.
Banda is an attacking midfielder but has been played in that role before while Sakala and Kapumbu are natural defensive midfielders and are no strangers to the dirty work needed for that position.
Rally Bwalya, Patson Kwataime and Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba are also available for selection.
Meanwhile Grant and his technical staff led his troops through the final training session at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola on Wednesday evening.
Tickets for the match are selling across all Shoprite outlets and Ok Furnishers via Computicket. Tickets can also be purchased online through ALL1ZED platform.
Prices are K50 (North and South), K100 (East), K150 (West) and K200 (VIP).
Kick off at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium this evening is set at 18:00hrs.
