FAZ DGS applauds Chipolopoloo teamwork
Football Association of Zambia Deputy General Secretary Joseph Chimpampwe has applauded the Zambia National team for working together as a team in the first leg of the CHAN qualifiers against Botswana.
“The Coach put up a good show as well as the players it was a tough game but we held our own at least we did not concede any goal, one thing that has impressed me is the unity in the team.
“its the first time I was traveling with them they are strong and they work as a family I think we expect a positive result this coming this weekend,” he said.
Chimpampwe thanked the Executive and the Secretariat for making sure that the trip was a success. Chimpampwe was very impressed with the reception the delegation was accorded by their Botswana counterparts.
“The Reception was very good and will try to reciprocate when our friends Come, they were very professional we didn’t have any hindrance Transport, Accommodate everything was well arranged.”
National Heroes Stadium is set to host the Return Leg in the CHAN qualifiers on the 3rd of August 2019. The winner over the two legs will play either Angola or Eswatini in the final round of qualifiers.
