Fashion, Auga, and Mwepu on target for their clubs
Zambian players were in action over the weekend with Fashion Sakala, Augustine Mulenga, and Francisco Mwepu finding the back of the net.
Lazarus Kambole put in another good shift despite being on the losing end while Austin Muwowo was an unused substitute.
In South Africa, Augustine Mulenga scored a beauty of a goal as Amazulu came from a goal down to hold Bloemfontein Celtic 1-1 in a DSTV Premiership encounter at the Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium.

At the Mbombela Stadium, Striker Gamphani Lungu put in a very impressive shift and was very unlucky not to have had a goal when his header was given a small touch by Van der Linde in the TS Galaxy to make sure it hit the inside of the crossbar and back on the pitch only for Gabuza to pounce on a loose ball and score his second goal, 3-0 in favor of Supersport United the match finished.
Chitiya Mususu was an unused substitute for Galaxy.
Nathan Sinkala put in a full shift while Rodrick Kabwe was a second-half substitute as Stellenbosch and Black Leopards played out to a 1-1 draw.
In Austria, Francisco Mwepu came from the bench to score the winning goal as SK Sturm Graz edged NK Osijek 3-2 in a friendly match yesterday.
Patson Daka and Enock Mwepu did not have their expected action as Salzburg’s friendly match was canceled.
