Patson Daka started his first match of the season for Leicester City on Tuesday night in Championship match.
Daka provided an assist for Jordan James in the 36th minute as the Foxes took the lead against Wrexham.
City produced one of their most complete performance of the season for 70 minutes but allowed Wrexham back into the game.
In the 77th minutes, Nathan Broadhead equalized for Wrexham.
Daka was withdrawn for Jordan Ayew five minutes later on.
The Zambian is in final year of his contract, and is expected to leave by the end of the season.
Leicester City is currently 5th on the log with 13 points while Wrexham is 15th with 9 points.
