Edward Chilufya scored in Midtjyland’s 4-1 demolition of Hillerod in the Danish Cup.
The 25 year old returned to action following a knock he picked on international duty against Ivory Coast which ruled him out of the 3-2 victory over Sierra Leone.
Chilufya started the match and scored in injury time to give the Danish giants an emphatic victory over the second tier side.
The victory sees Midtjyland advance to the last 16.
The Zambian forward now has 4 goals and 5 assists this season.
Midtjyland will return to action over the weekend when they face Randers in a highly anticipated league match.
The Danish giants are also involved in the Europe’s second tier club competition Europa League.
They will face Germany side TSG Hoffenheim a week today.
