CHRIS KAUNDA STILL UNBEATEN AS ZANACO COACH

CAF Confederations Cup quarter-finalists Zanaco came from a goal down to beat Red Arrows 2-1 at Lusaka’s Sunset Stadium on Wednesday in a rescheduled.

Striker Joseph Phiri gave the airmen the lead in the 34th minute.

After the break, the bankers came out strong and they were rewarded with a goal after Moses Phiri equalized in the 66th minute on his second Zanaco debut.

Skipper Rodger Kola scored his 11th goal of the season 8 minutes later on to earn the banker’s maximum points.

This was the 8th win since coach Chris Kaunda took over. The bankers are unbeaten in 10 games under the former Zambia Under-17 coach.
