Green Buffaloes recorded their second win in a row following a 2-1 triumph over Mighty Mufulira Wanderers in a week 18 encounter.
Chilimba Moonga headed the Zambia army sponsored outfit in the lead three minutes into the first stanza after benefiting from a Harry Milamzi Jr cross.
Milanzi then turned finisher ten minutes later as he doubled the lead.
The legendary Cup fighters pulled one back a minute after the half hour mark but Buffaloes held on to win the match, 2-1.
Mufulira Wanderers have now failed to record a win in six straight matches.
The win takes Masauso Tembo’s side to 10th place with 23 points while Wanderers drop to 12th place.
