ABSA Cup quarter finals take centre stage

The 2024 ABSA Cup quarterfinals will be held this weekend at Nkoloma Stadium with potentially mouthwatering fixtures lined up.

On Saturday, Indeni Football Club will entertain Kabwe Warriors in a lunchtime kickoff while Power Dynamos will square off with MUZA.

Power Dynamos are aiming to win their third title in the competition. They last won the competition in 2011.

FC MUZA on the other hand want to get over the final hurdle having reached the final last year where they lost to Forest Rangers.

The action on Sunday will see Zesco United take on Nchanga Rangers at 12:30 hours while Red Arrows will tackle Green Eagles at 14:30 hours.

The most successful team in the Competition will be looking to continue their dominance when they take on Rangers.

Green Buffaloes are eying a second ABSA Cup crown having won it back in 2015 when they beat Nkwazi 2-0 in the final at Nkoloma Stadium.
