The Minister of Youth and Sports Hon. Vincent Mwale has allowed all league matches scheduled for 30th April, 2016 to be played under the following conditions in accordance with the national day of mourning:
1. Supporters will not be allowed to drink beer, drumming or over celebrating.
2. Players must put on black arm bands.
3. All minute of silence will be observed before kick off.
Sorry Mr Minister, but that is abit much. A minute of silence and black armbands makes sense. Not allowing alcohol (something that happens in great abandon at any funeral I have attended in Zambia) and can he define what he means by over celebrating?
On the football side. I see Zesco making easy work of Blackpool. The Green Buffaloes vs Power should be a really good game though.
