Zanaco face stubborn Nkwazi

Log leaders Zanaco make a short trip across the city to face Nkwazi in a rescheduled match on Wednesday.

A win for the bankers, will see the Champions move three points clear at the summit of the MTN Super League.

With CAF Champions league football out of the way, the Numba Mumamba coached side will now concentrate on the defence of the league title.

In Augustine Mulenga and Ernest Mbewe, the bankers have two of the five wingers in the league.

For Nkwazi coach Albert ‘Fergie’ Mpande, he has to recall striker Justin Shonga. Shonga missed the weekend’s 1-1 draw against Green Eagles.

After losing 4-0 to Nkana, Zanaco have gone on to beat Power Dynamos and Zesco United’.

    My question has not been answered and I am curious to know..Has Zambia ever won an away match on West African Soil? i.e Ghana Nigeria?
