Zambian players playing their trade outside Africa posted mixed results with Lubambo Musonda and Fashion Sakala scoring a goal each to help their clubs secure victories.

Striker Fashion Sakala scored a beautiful header on Saturday as Spartak Moskva II beat Tom Tomsk 2-1. The former sensational Zanaco striker has now scored 6 goals in his 12 matches in the league for his FONBET league side.

2012 AFCON winning Defender Stopillla Sunzu put in a 90 minute shift for Arsenal Tula as they beat Dynamo Moscow 1 nil courtesy of a Belyaev goal.

Sunzu made 58 touches with 43 passes at 74.4 pass accuracy. Striker Evans Kangwa who joined the Russian outfit recently was an unused substitute.

China based Zambian striker Jacob Mulenga scored the first goal of the match for the Shijiazhuang Yongchang side that beat Beijing Renhe 3-0

In Armenia, Former Power Dynamos winger Lubambo Musonda scored his first goal of the season as he propelled his Gandzaar Kapan side to their first win of the season after they beat Ararat Yerevan 2-0.

Belgian based Emmanuel Banda was not part of the KV Oostende side that lost their 6th game of the season. Oostende lost two nil to KAA Gent .

Former Sensational Zanaco Striker Moses Phiri played the last 35 minutes of Sporting Clube da Covilhã’s 1 all draw with FC Familicão.

Kenneth Kalunga played played 90 minutes of Sporting Clube de Esmoriz 2-1 over  JD Corregosense on match day 1 of the Safina Championship . Former FS Ikast player was on hand to assist one of the goals.

In Sweeden, Zambia U20 national team striker Edward “Tiger” Chilufya has officially joined Djurgadens on a 3 year deal after turning 18 years of age.

    Zambians are very hilarious, you have players playing in back water leagues and you now say Zambian players are the players to watch in Europe? Shows the level of ignorance on here. Those of you dreaming of a victory in Uyo all I have to say is “if you can’t wake up, don’t dream”. A snow ball has a better chance in hell than Zambia beating Nigeria in Uyo.
