Zambia U20 arrive in Spain for 10 day camp

The Zambia U20 national team has arrived at its Spanish base in Tenerife where it will camp for 10 days.

The team left Lusaka yesterday Tiesday and arrived in Madrid on Wednesday morning before connecting to their final base.

The lads were treated to something similar to home when they got a FAZ/Chipolopolo branded bus hired by FAZ which they will use on the Spain tour.

While in Spain the team will play practice matches against Las Palmas, Tenerife, Real Madrid and Barcelona U-20 sides.

Zambia kick off the U20 Africa Cup of Nations with a game against Guinea on 26th February 2017 at Heroes Stadium.

This arrangment looks professional. That bus will truly raise the eyebrows in Spain. Hoping this could help to prepare the boys psychologically. If you want to be successfull for a long time in football, Ones needs to manage their emotions so that fame does not sink into the head. Glory is relative. For some of these boys, this will even mark the end of the career, but some who are emotionally strong and have tenacity to build on this step, this is not even the begining.

    All the best boys!
