Young Bullets arrive in Mauritius
Zambia Under-17 national soccer team have arrived in Mauritius ahead of this week’s Cosafa Cup tournament.
The Tenant Chilumba coached side arrived in Mauritius in the early hours of Sunday aboard a Kenyan Airways flight from Nairobi.
The tournament which will start on July 19 and end on July 29 on the Indian ocean island.
Zambia will play her first game on Friday against Mozambique at the Francois Xavier Stadium.
A clash against Lesotho will follow before the final Group B fixture against rivals South Africa.
Winners of the 2018 Cosafa Castle Cup will automatically qualify to the Tanzania 2019 Africa Cup of Nations which is a precursor the Peru FIFA U17 World Cup.
