We are not under any pressure- Zambia U20 midfielder
Zambia U20 national team midfielder Albert Kangwanda has denied being under pressure heading into the 2018 U20 COSAFA Championships.
After the disappointing end to the senior men’s national journey to Cameroon and the Women’s elimination from AWCON the focus has now shifted to the junior bullets.
Kangwanda is aware of this fact and revealed that they are hoping to do well to at least put a smile on the faces of the football loving Zambians.
” No we are not under pressure, We just want to fight and make the fans proud. Looking at what happened with the senior national team and the ladies team our hope is that we can at least put a smile on the fans faces,” he said.
Coach Charles Bwale has been drilling his lads for the last two to three weeks as they prepare for the tournament.
The final tournament will take place between 2nd and 14th December in Kitwe and Mufulira.
