Walter Bwalya still licking last seasons wounds as he promises fans a good result
Nkana captain Walter Bwalya has not completly healed from his team’s pre-mature exit from the CAF confederation Cup last season.
The twelve time Super League champions were handed a four nil bashing by CR Belouizdad of Algeria before beating them one nil in Kitwe, Bowing out due to a 4-1 goal aggregate.
Bwalya says the team will use that to make sure they get a good result so that they can finish off the match a week later in Zambia.
” It was not nice being eliminated in the first game last time around that’s why we will try by all means to win the game here and go back home and finish it off, ” he said.
Bwalya has promised the fans a good result come Wednesday because he feels they all know why they are in Mozambique.
“I can promise all supporters for our team that we will make them happy. We know they are behind us and we will try our best to make the happy, ” he said.
” It’s not easy but even them this is not their home ground we are all new here, ” he added.
Nkana are away in the first leg and will host the Mozambican Champions a week later.
