Vandenbroeck: Cletus Chama was part of the provisional squad.
Chipolopolo Boys coach Sven Vandenbroeck has revealed Cletus Chota Chama was part of his first provisional squad.
During a media briefing at Football House on Monday morning, the Belgian said ‘Tripple C’ was only removed from the list after he learnt of the player’s move to Tanzanian giants Simba FC.
“As we all know that Cletus is abroad, so he is the only omission,” the workaholic Belgian told the media.
Since arriving in the country a fortnight ago, the former Cameroon assistant coach has watched 13 league games.
Meanwhile Chama has travelled with Simba to Europe where the team have set camp.
The nimble footed winger is with the team on Ankara, Turkey where they are doing the pre-season.
The Mansa native has signed a 2 year deal at Simba.
His move to Tanzania has not been sanctioned by Lusaka Dynamos and the MTN Super League side is expected to lodge a complaint to FIFA.

“As a club, we will not issue the ITC for him. There are better ways of doing things than what the boy has done,” an insider said
