Tiye Tiye Chipolopolo! Over 500 Chipolopolo faithful besiege Windhoek

Namibia host Zambia on Saturday afternoon in a Group B Cameroon 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifier at 16h00.

With the appointment of Belgian coach Sven Vandenbroeck plus the return of fans favourites like Rainford Mupashi Kalaba in the squad, there has been a feel good factor back among the die hard Chipolopolo fans.

In the last 48 hours, the ZamFoot Crew can confirm that there has been over five Marcopolo fans dispatched to Namibia led by Chipolopolo Soccer Fans Association Chairman Yotham Mwanza.

Mwanza and the group left on Thursday while two other buses were spotted around Kafue’s Shimabala area on Friday.

The two Shalom buses were clad in Chipolopolo scarves and the fans were led by City of Lusaka’s no.1 supporter Ken Magrosa.

Pastor Peter Makembo is also expected to make the trip.

There’s also a lot of ZamFoot Crew presence in Windhoek as well.

While Namibia and Zambia will be battle it out in Windhoek’s Katutura Township at Sam Nujoma Stadium, Mozambique will host Guinea Bissau at Estadio de Machava in Maputo in the other Group game.

Mozambique and Guinea Bissau are on three points while Namibia and Zambia will be gunning for their first points.

The match will kickoff at 16h00 and will be live on Supersport.
