    Just looking at upcoming fixtures
    CHAN, then Afcon for U 23 then Qatar 2022… CAF also….
    not forgetting UEFA champions league for RB Salzburg…

    Before, we couldn’t stop losing , now we can’t stop winning-
    Zamfoot, we were ALWAYS a powerhouse!!

  2. Chali says:

    Ba Zamfoot, I know you will not publish my posting as usual. However truth be told, we are very far away from being a power house. Beating Botswana, winning COSAFA, ZESCO winning, please let us be serious. How about the last two AFcon, selective analysis. The only team worth talking about is the under 23. Look after it and there is hope, trusting their ages are correct.

    • Bsimms says:

      Which Power house! ???

      When we are on course for the 3rd time consecutive failure to qualify for the Afcon championship….

      Right now we have no coach. No proper plan for the national team.

  3. Bsimms says:

    Well 🤔 we have had steady progress & not even close. The ONLY true success stories are:

    1. The female national teams at all levels have stepped up their game. Hope U17 replicates the form;

    2. Green Eagles! Man that’s what y]ou call stepping up in style & grabbing an opportunity so that NO ONE on the continent ignores your existence. Now let the Angolans testify. Avenge Zesco’s loss in that country 2 seasons ago;

    3. The U23 team & their pursuit to ensure Zambia’s back on the scene of continental football. A qualification to the Olympics will justify the ascendancy to top teams in Africa.

    RIGHT NOW WE ARE FAR FROM IT. I MEAN, VICTORY FROM:

    1. Botswana;

    2.Namibia; and

    3. Possibly Eswatini by the main National team is proof we still haveneed to put our house in order.

    4. ZESCO UTD is always almost getting to the Champions league final BUT they have never been good enough. This team is content with just participating on the continental sphere.

    5. NKANA & ZANACO 😥😓 what kind of prayers do we need on the continental level? Pull your socks and be counted…
