Kabila: Nkana will score six goals

Nkana football club president of Evaristo Kabila is confident the team will score six goals to progress to the next round of the CAF confederation cup.Nkana suffered a three nil bashing last tuesday in Algeria despite the match being scoreless at half time.

Kabila belives the team is motivated enough to pull of what seems to be an impossible task reversing a three nil deficit.

” They scored three goals, We will score six,” Kabila said.

” The team is very Motivated going into the match against CR Belouizdad,” He added.

Kabila revealed that Nkana were aiming at winning all the four competitions available to them and that the Charity shield was just the beginning.

” We set our targets at the start of the season. We looking at the winning four things, The charity shield, Barclays cup, The league and the CAF confederation cup. Winning the charity shield means we have done 25% of the work,” He said.

Star striker Ronald Kampamba scored a brace and set up two goals for Idris Ilunga Mbombo as Nkana beat Zesco United by four goals to three to claim their sixteenth Charity shield title.

I don’t doubt nkana when it comes to this level of African football, and I give them 99% chance above zesco and zanaco of progressing to the next stage.
I know what nkana can do.

you know what they can do? which they failed to do. the only thing they did is concede three unanswered goals

  4. Dynamite says:

Nkana would have done well to score at least a goal away from home because I just can’t imagine the Algerians conceding more than 2 goals. Nkana will win the match but am afraid they will go out

If there is anything the Arabs know very well, its defending such a lead. They know Nkana will push to try and reverse the score line and in the process will be opening their defence. These Arabs are excellent when it comes to counter attacks.

3-0 was in my opinion a bit too much. I believe Nkana will win but I strongly doubt if it will be enough to offset this 3-0 margin.

ZANACO and ZESCO to me stands a better chance of progressing because their opponents’ win in Zambia will go to Swallows and ASEC’s heads. They will think that since they won in Zambia so kumwabo ni walkover. Armed with the right approach that is time to get at their opponents.

All in all it was sad to see all Zambian teams lose. Let all Zambian teams win for a change.

Now where is my Kabwe Warriors?
