Zambia National team midfielder Enock Mwepu played ninety minutes in Liefering FC’s 3-2 loss to WSG Wattens. Liefering conceded just 8 minutes into the match as Benjamin Pranter put WSG in the lead.
Liefering did not take long to respond as pressure from their attackers caused their opponents defence to put one behind their own net for a Liefering equaliser.
Roman Schmid put Liefering in the lead on the 35th minute after some beautiful play . The match went to half time with Liefering in the lead.
In the second half Wattens came out of the dressing room with full force, First Benjamin Pranter equalized with a long-range free-kick, before Milan Jurdik could retake the lead for WSG.
After the bitter defeat against WSG Wattens, FC Liefering are static with 17 points and fifth on the log.
Mwepu had 83 touches In the match with 60 passes at 66.7% success rate, 4 shots and five tackles with 3 fouls committed.
