Mwengani, Shamujompa battle for a starting berth against Sudan

Chipolopolo Boys coach Wedson Nyirenda is set to hand either Isaac Shamujompa or John Mwengani a starting berth for tonight’s CHAN quarter final clash against Sudan.

In a last 8 repeat of the 2012 African Cup of Nations, Zambia will be hoping for another 3-0 victory.

With Simon Silwimba suspended, Nyirenda is set to reshuffle his backline.

The experienced Adrian Chama is expected to start at right back.

According to the ZamFoot Crew sources, Mwengani is likely to get the nod ahead of Shamujompa.

Upfront Wada has the chance to recall Friday Samu after the experiment of playing with a false no.9 failed.

false nine works when you are using fluid players..for instance, larry bwalya or ngwenya. Players who are good at inter-play….not abo bambi naimwe!! All the best to mwengani and chipolopolo.
