Mutapa gets Forest ultimatum – “Beat Monze Swallows or face the axe!”
Forest Rangers have handed coach Perry Mutapa and the entire technical bench a one match ultimatum in a bid to arrest the club’s dismal performance.
Rangers have been on a free-fall winning only once in the last 10 games and drawing once.
It been getting worse for the Ndola based side as they have lost all their last five games with the most recent loss having been against second from bottom Napsa Stars.
In a press release to ZamFoot, the club has indicated that the technical bench has been given the match against bottom of the table New Monze Swallows to be played on Friday 20th July to prove whether or not they deserve to continue working with the team.
It is unlikely that Mutapa will be available for the make or break match as he is the assistant coach for the U20 national team that will be traveling to Burundi within the week.
Below is the full statement from Rangers media officer Christina Zulu.
